Here are all the new series on the way to streaming services this December: Netflix JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series 5 (1 December) Snoopy and Mariah Carey are set to bring the Christmas festivities to Apple TV+, while BBC iPlayer will play host to some exciting new dramas including A Very British Scandal and Around the World in 80 Days. Also coming to Now is Landscapers, a four-part thriller starring Olivia Colman as a woman who shot and buried her own parents. I’m particularly looking forward to the reboot of Sex and the City – freshly titled And Just Like That – which will be available on Now on 9 December.

On Netflix, there’s the final instalment of Spanish thriller Money Heist and Henry Cavill returns for a second series of fantasy series The Witcher.Īs for Amazon Prime Video, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May will return for another G rand Tour lockdown special, this time in Wales. This month there’s plenty to keep us both occupied and inspire a festive spirit. December means one thing in the TV world – Christmas specials.
