Through setting up scanning to SMB on Windows 10. For example, if your path was //ScanServer/Sharename/username the destination path would only need to be username. NOTE: The destination path field is only used for subfolders located within the shared folder. NOTE: Using the IP Address is recommended.

(I did not get the path information until yesterday). I am in sort of a rush as I have vendors coming tomorrow and part of them showing us their software is having a scanner available for them to use. I've put in a call to XEROX and their answer is to have a tech come out and look at it. My server is online and available as I am dialed into it right now. I have enabled IIS and FTP on the second server, given the XEROX user permission to the folder, set up the file repository and the template on the user interface, and get a failed and Unable to connect to remote server.

The server I am trying to add is Server 2008 R2. I remember when we set the first ones up, I had to enable FTP- this was on a Server 2008 box. I am trying to add an additional destination on a different server. We have several other file destinations, all on the same server that are working fine. I have a workcentre 5638 that I am trying to add an additional scan to network button on.
